Modern deals die in email threads and scattered attachments.
A B2B deal isn't one buyer — it's a committee. Decks, pricing, security docs, and next steps get forwarded around, versions drift, and the seller loses all visibility into what the buyer actually looked at. Momentum leaks out between meetings.
Digital Sales Rooms replace that mess with one shared, deal-level space: everything the buyer needs in a branded microsite, a mutual plan both sides work from, and engagement analytics that tell the seller exactly where the deal stands.
One room per deal — created from a template in minutes.
Each room is a deal-level page tied to a company and a primary contact, spun up from reusable templates. Sellers see status, visitor counts, and last activity across every room; buyers get a clean microsite. The same app runs standalone and as a Module-Federation micro-frontend inside the Mindtickle shell — plus a separate Chrome extension.
One content facade, every format a deal needs.
A single content viewer renders whatever a deal calls for — behind one interface, so a room mixes formats freely. Each type wraps a best-in-class engine:
A real-time collaboration data layer
State runs on Apollo Client (GraphQL) for the data graph, MobX observable stores for local state, and RxJS for reactive streams — the combination that keeps a room live as both sides comment, approve, and work the plan.
Standalone, embedded, and a Chrome extension
Webpack Module Federation lets the identical app run on its own and as a federated module inside the Mindtickle shell (federation/), while a separate build ships it as a Chrome extension. One codebase, three delivery targets.
Guest access, without accounts
Buyers enter through an email gate with explicit consent — no full account required. SSO covers sellers; reCAPTCHA guards the guest path; and every interaction (time-spent, content views) is captured to feed the seller's analytics.
Both sides push the deal forward — in the same place.
A room isn't a read-only microsite. It's where the deal actually moves: a shared plan, an AI copilot for the buyer, e-signature, and analytics that close the loop back to the seller.
One plan, two owners
Tasks with owners and due dates that both buyer and seller work from — checklists, approvals, and questions that keep everyone honest about next steps.
An assistant for the buyer
An in-room AI copilot chat lets buyers ask questions about the content and the deal without waiting on the seller — answers grounded in what's in the room.
Sign without leaving
Signable templates and in-viewer e-signature (PSPDFKit + signature canvas) mean contracts get signed inside the room — no detour to a separate tool.
See exactly where the deal stands
Every visit, view, and second-spent flows into engagement dashboards (Highcharts, DataDog RUM) so the seller knows who's engaged and what's landing.
It made deals bigger and faster.
